"Marissa the Mgr is absolutely fabulous! Aside from being a great stylist, she dealt with an electronic payment situation when the system went down, and never skipped a beat! Outstanding and professional!!!"

"I've been taking my sixth grader here lately and the haircuts aren't bad. But we're not going back. The cash register wasn't working, so they tried to run my card though a cell phone credit card app but it didn't work. I told her we're going to Target and I'll get some cash and bring it back. A little later (about 45 minutes), while I was checking out at Target, the gal called to say they were closing in 15 minutes. I told her I was just finishing up at Target and would be right there. To which she responded, "If you're not here at five o'clock we'll be calling the police." Walked across the parking lot five minutes later and paid cash. Won't patronize the place again."

"waited 30 minutes outside and the manager did not show up so they could not open the cash draw which means customers are out of luck. What they should have done is start giving free hair cuts due to the inconvenience"

"I like this location better than most other Sports Clips. The only complaint is that the TV is not HD. We're guys after all. We all have HD."

"Anthony cut both my boys hair both of them have very difficult hair and he has great ideas and explained very well why he was making the changes and they both look great! He also set my expectations of how often I need to bring them back so they didn't have the same troubles. I loved all the info! And again they both look fantastic!"

"This afternoon around 3:30 it was a heavy rain and I was waiting for a parking spot at the parking lot. I had my turn signal on and suddenly a car took that place, when I told that lady that was my spot, she was upset an make rude faces and gestures. My husband went in to ask her why she took the spot and insisted it was hers. I let the manager know the situation but did nothing about it. It was rude and seems they don’t care about their customers. I WAS a customer of yours, but after this display of rudeness I don’t believe I’ll be back."

"They have some really good hair stylists. Wait times are usually pretty long but that's kind of out of their control. I would like to see a better solution for neck trims. Every time I go in to get a neck trim I'm told it is the normal wait for something that takes a minute. Seems like that can be improved on."
